About Raphaël
I offer 25 years of HR experience in major Japanese or US corporations in industries such as automotive, glass fiber and building materials or corrugated board and paper, at your service to grow your organisation, your teams or yourself.
​
During these 25 years, I worked at local, EMEA and global levels covering most of the HR roles from HR Manager in a manufacturing environment to HR director for a Business Unit. I worked on building and implementing HR and Business strategies, green field and brown field investments, organisation transformation, Culture, M&A, Union negotiation, talent and leadership development, HR processes, HR IT systems implementation and social plans in 8 different countries. I delivered internally more than 25 leadership trainings and led teams and departments from 3 to 30 people that were in a single location or across regions.

As giving back is also important to me and part of my purpose, I'm a visiting teacher at University Angers for more than 10 years. The topics covered are:
